Starting the long process of etching my plates. Feels good tho. This is the first proof from the tail plate (my final prints will be collaged together, which I am excited about, haven't done that before).

Blocking out areas in stages....   Took a lot of breaks b/c the hard ground fumes were getting to me.

Plate! I love how the etched plate looks. I also like having an actual physical object I can hold in my hands. Feels much more concrete than a drawing (well I guess that's kind of obvious...).

A few more card designs I did up recently. The top one is one of the patterns from my tarot card set. Turned out really nice in greeting card format.

Latest exercise from comics class. Assignment was to do an image-less comic. Was neat... I kinda enjoy lettering, oddly enough.

I've been playing around with digital colouring on my watercolor graphite sketches. Fun fun. :)

dinosaur comic!

First comic assignment! :)   Two page comic about a dinosaur named Gerald, and his favourite marble. This is the pencil stage of this journey. Probably will be doing a few edits. :)
